This is my texturing work which I've done for last summer Substance Painter challenge.
We received "flat" model (on last image) and just by using Painter we had to create details.
Restriction was not to use alpha shader, just basic metal/roughness shader with basic hdri and render inside Painter with Iray.
Hardest part was to make illusion of depth of the universe inside the robot without using alpha shader and additional mesh.
So all details done without any normal map baking. And I love to work in Painter in non destructible way.
