silent machine, developed in Klimovsk TSNIITOCHMASH designers P. and V. Serdyukov Krasnikov in the second half of 1980-ies on the basis of the silent sniper rifle VSS and the armament of special forces of Russia. "Shaft" and "Vintorez" unified at 70 %, which positively affects production and operation. Also part of this system a silent weapon was the gun the special self-loading (PSS) and the scout knife shooting (LDCs)[1].
The machine is designed for special units of state security agencies and internal Affairs.
