I'm inspired to create CubeSat that's :
Easy to Assembly
Standard geometry
Lightweight but strong enough
Reduce total components from the latest CubeSat design
Use thermoplastic material Nylon.
Use FUSED DEPOSITION MODELING as additive manufacturing technique.
Material :
I use Nylon as the material to minimize the possibility of signal interference and to pursue aspects of light.
Why I can say so, because at the time I was working on lighting solution company, my research team said that the RF signal is a bit disturbed by the aluminum die casting lamp casing. But I don't know more about signal interference (It's just my assumption).
