Simply print the STL twice (one for each side) and cut a peice of 6mmx6mm hole wire mesh to put between them. Secure the parts together with M3 bolts!
These pressed perfectly into my 4" aluminum intake / output vents around my home to ensure no vermin entered the home through the Range or Bathroom exhaust vents from the basement.
