Description

Some parts I made for my lowboy.
I'm building a quad PPG wihich is powered by a verner JCV-360 engine -AKA hellcat-360
It is fuel injected.
The enigine is monitored by a PPG-meter. I'm mounted the meter on the front right riser tube, I'm working on combining this with a phone holder.

The battery charging etc is controlled by a device marked "Fly Henry".
There is also an engine control unit.
I've mounted these back to back on a vertical tube behind the seat.

There is a 24V ni-cad pack for starting the engine etc.
I've mounted this on the rear right main frame riser tube.
This is a vertical tube - the photo is showing up rotated ATM.

I wanted to run the 9mm plastic fuel line along a 20mm steel tube.
Simply clamping it with zip-ties crushes the fuel line.
I made a little clip which does the job with the crushing.
A zip-tie goes around the clip to hold it in place.
Later - made one for 26mm frame as well. I use this for radiator overflow and fuel tank breather lines.

I made a clamp to attach the fuel pump to a 26mm tube.
This works OK but could be improved by having a narrow bit at the bottom to prevent the pump sliding down.
I will do a new version if this is a real problem.

I'm moving the pump onto a 29mm horizonatal tube. For this I've made fuelpumpclamp-29. It is half the height and I'll use two of them.

The tbarbholder is for mounting a fuel line T-peice on a 20mm tube. The oval holes are to hold a pair of zip-ties in place.
