Update the measured printing, the Z603s FDM printer of Jiguang Erwo printed, the effect is shown in the screenshot, the transparent PLA material used may not be very clear, and it is only after printing that it is found that the screws of the M3 model are really small, overestimating the stability of the printer. In terms of performance and precision, the original scale of my machine M3 prints, and the bolts are easy to expand and deform, so I shortened the length of the bolts and changed them to 7mm when actually printing, but there is still a certain chance of failure. I successfully printed twice. It is recommended to print at double magnification. In addition, the nut must be enlarged by 0.3~0.5mm in the XY axis direction to perfectly fit the matching screw. My 3MF print file is provided, the nut has been enlarged by 0.5mm, and the bolt is 7mm.
