I want to create something that combines of several concepts:
Simple and functional
Used by almost all people in the world.
Having proper function.
Uses 3D Printing technology to facilitate the production process, and I want to change mainset community about 3D printing from prototyping into mass production process.
Fixed value the essence of the hinge.
One assembly 3D Printed directly (like many winners in first challenge)

I'm inspired to create universal and commonly hinges model with 3D Printing material.
For the main Hinge Profile (Grey Color) I use ABS material or some recommended 3D Print material which have good strength
For the Flexible Support Compponent (Black Color) I use flexbile material like material in the link above.
Specification :
60mm x 30mm x 6mm with 2mm thickness for Main Hinge.
0.2 mm for gap between Main Hinge and Support Flexible Material.
Another adventages :
With rounded shape in Flexible Support Material inside, this hinge are not only can rotate in their main axis. This hinges have three axis for rotation.
