This is the new version of my 50cm jetsprint hull. You get all files I used to build my hull. It can be made using fibreglass or carbon fiber.
The hull will work very well with the M-Jet 30 or M-Jet 35. Full build playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLiFskGz_svvQw7cqP4VM8fh8YDrXtK8r6
Update 16.8.2022: Template for cutting the flood chamber hole was added to the Hull folder.
Update 18.11.2022: STEP files for the cover lid assembly were added to the Cover lid folder.
Update 19.11.2022: File for the rear wing was missing, now it was added into the Rear_wing folder.
Update 28.12.2022: A DXF file for cutting the cover lid hull cut was added into the Hull folder.
Update 4.1.2023: Two DXF files for cutting the flood chamber wall, and the rear flood chamber hole were added into the Hull folder. Please keep in mind that even after accurate CNC cut, the flood chamber wall will need a lot of sanding and tweaking to fit the inaccurate inner hull shape properly. Also, STL and STEP files for a pipe bender to bend the rollcage were added into the Rollcage folder.
Update 4.7.2023: A STEP file for the whole 4G hull, as well as a simplified STEP file of the hull shape, were added to the files.
Update 25.8.2023: A new MODS_for_4G_Sprint_Hull folder was added. It contains a bottom mould file with the spray rails included in the mould. This might make the moulding process more difficult, but does not require glueing the spray rails on later.
Update 11.10.2023: All folders were moved into one zip file to reduce the amount of CGTrader download errors. This is due to the model being free, there is a weird free download limit which I unfortunately cannot do anything about.
Update 19.10.2023: New softer versions of the TPU lid with thinner walls for more flexibility and easier operation were added into the Cover Lid folder.
Update 29.03.2024: Upon a request, the hull as a solid and also the hull splitted into top and bottom halves were uploaded in the STL file format into the Hull_solid_STL folder.
