I bought a Prius and when I got my new phone I realized that It would not fit into the recess for the wireless charging. I took it apart to see if there was something I could do and saw I could just redesign the part that holds the electronics in the bezel. I designed this in Blender after using 3DF Zephyr to scan the original part in the computer and re-meshing it. It was an interesting task but the results are worth it to me and works perfectly for my Note8. It is an adapter plate that angles the wireless charger up slightly in the Prius so that larger phones actually sit flat on it and charge.
