It's a rose bud!
Use it for whatever you would use a regular rose for: Valentine's Day, sit around being pretty, ... actually I don't know what people use cut roses for.

For Single Extrusion use Rosa-Single

The outer petals were specifically designed in thickness to be made with one toolpath. Unfortunately, it seems that certain slicers cannot slice .STLs this thin. I have modified the petals so they are thicker, however the file is 300+MB and Thingiverse wouldn't upload that large of a file so it has been zipped.

The provided gcode was sliced with MakerWare. According to the internet, MakerBot has slightly different gcode commands than typical so use at your own risk.
