This is a Ware house 3D Model, made using Blender 2.8. This looks realistic. All the elements in this 3d model are UV Unwrapped.All the elements are applied with texture Images.

This ware house Model consist of assets like trolleys, lights, light holders, goods carboard boxes, electric switches.Proper Environment settings and Lights are already set in this model. I have attached the .blender saved file. You can change the materials or light settings , if you want.This is made with Blender 2.8 EEVEE render engine, which is latest.All Texture images and UV maps are attached with this.
