Split house Free 3D model

This may be my last model for a while. Reason: my cancer is back and is all over the place. Not sure what I am going to do about that. With that in mind, this is another split level. I love this style of house. (Obviously) This is a 4 level house with a detailed elevator. Turn off the lift via layer to see the reclaimed service station hydralic lift. This also has a seperate dining room with soffit liting and an office with a large storage closet. Mud room off the garage with pantry and bath. Theatre has 7.1 surround sound. The side center speakers are in the ceiling. There is large multi-purpose room with a 10' ceiling.(lowest level) The house has about 4,000 square feet on 4 levels. Rest of the house is fairly standard. This could be built without the lowest level as well as a larger garage. Have fun, I have enjoyed presenting these models for you to look at.
