hey this is real nice model but when uploaded in blender it comes as WHOLE and not pieces, anyone know how to break it down to where i can touch/texture book, desk, wall etc by its pieces?

hey :) sorry for the late reply!
so with blender it's usually normal that it gets imported as one model but since everything is technically separated, going in edit mode, selecting everything and the type p to separate by loose parts !

The textures should be already in the Maya Scene but there is a separate file that you can download them that they provided
