This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 15 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 A ten story office tower raised on pilotis with a central atrium and courtyard. There are multiple balconies for use during the summer months. It is attached to North Kedzie Hall at Michigan State University as a more fitting counterpart to it than the current South Kedzie.
