Included is the sofa's, coffee table with mags, painting, light, vase with dry branches, TV , scatter cushions and celling light.The room walls have no UV maps, but all the other objects have UV’s.The lounge suite’s bottom is overlapping, but all other is non-overlapping.All textures and materials are included, easy adjustable, named accordingly and will load with both 3DSMax 2014 scene file and the OBJ file. The OBJ file has a temporary reflection map included.The render is done with standard Mental ray settingsLights: Daylight system with MR Sun and MR Sky advanced settings and an Area Omni light with some advanced settings.
