Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 from a 1946 planbook: This 1500 sq ft. 3 Bedroom House is divided into three principal sections. First is the Kitchen, Dining Room, and Livingroom. At the rear is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a linen closet. 2 bedrooms have access to the rear covered terrace. The Livingroom and Dining share a 2-sided fireplace. The livingroom is delightful with 2 windows on one side and 2 siding doors with access to the covered terrace on the other. The terrace is enclosed by a 6' wall with an arbor to the yard. The Diningroom is between the Livingroom and the Kitchen. The Kitchen has a generous pantry.
