I need to make that hinge open and close with some software. Is this really rigged? How can I tell?
Under Windows 10, the FBX model is a simple box. The OBJ is good.

Yes this is really rigged. May be you need to hide the simple box you see, it's surely the setup that lost is transparency. In 3dsMax I haven't this problem but if I imported the FBX in Blender, I have a grey box too.
