The model has a clean topology and has been UV mapped with no overlapping UV’s and fits in a standard grid. The model has been combined, but each component of the chair is modelled individually so separating components is easy If you wish to modify the model.
Textured using the PBR Workflow both in 4K and 2K maps size, in a light brown, dark brown and red leather.

The height and ambient occlusion maps are not required to get an accurate photo-realistic result and are just supplied for flexibility.
As .obj and .fbx do not support PBR the texture maps will have to be reapplied with these formats.
