Description

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Inspired by similar art deco barrier that once graced the off ramps of the old West Side Highway in Manhattan. The orignal elevated West Side Highway was known for making use of stylized elements. It was built in the 1920's and 1930's.

Most of the highway was torn down after a major structural failure occured in 1973. The West Side Highway was the victim of neglect that caused it to eventually begin to fall apart.
