This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 7 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Unfortunatelly, had to make the base of the building a little taller than it really is so some of its sides match Google Earth terrain (in real life, its a quite flat area). But in GE, with terrain turned off, the building matches the terrain quite well, with its real height.
