Water Tower Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Instructions: Take one defunct water tower; remove the tank, leaving the ring where it was; add floors, doors, windows and stairs. Ground floor has the living room, 2nd the dining and kitchen - the refer is in the pantry - 3rd the bedroom with 2 bays for beds, 4th has the master with walk thru shower. On all floors the beams are exposed. Exposed roof trusses on 4th floor with a 6-sided central column. Front door is original with a window inserted. This model is on my layout. It is a downloaded pdf from bestpapermodels.com. You can find it on the buildings tab, go to the 4th page. It is still available. I built this in 2011. It used up a lot of ink on my printer!
