Old Hotel Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Welcome to Paulwall's 4th tallest building :D Formerly an abandonded hotel, still is, gutted out and not in use. It stands at 4th and Broadway in Paulwall. It is one of Paulwall's oldest tall buildings. The building houses storefronts (4 stalls) at street level, then a hotel above. This abandoned 13 story building not only used to be the tallest building in Paulwall but the tallest in the region and by a 680 mile radius :D when it was built. It is close to the Paulwall railyard. The building was built in 1917. Though this is a Paulwall structure, any city would be happy to have a massive old hotel in its downtown, perfect for any downtown backdrop!
