Modern shop exterior Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 this is the update of the previous version. (see modern shop as a 1.0 version and this one as a 2.0 version) i scrapped the garden shop, so the groceries store and the dining room are still here. the dining room has 7 powermacs, a lounge room and a kitchen. (duh!) and there is still a big restroom.
