The Qube tall building with reflections in it Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 6 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This building is earthquake proof. It hangs by cables on the centre concrete core. The core, which sits on very large underground springs, was built first and the floors were built in reverse order starting at the top floor, and working down to the first floor. The first owner's were Westcoast Energy, which became Duke Energy. Now it has been converted into high-end condos, called the Qube.
