Here is a general office tower. There are 20 civillian floors to house businesses. Any tenant could lease an entire floor or even several floors if need be to fully house their business. Here it is, the pinacle of the city! Although this isn't Matt's 80 story building, this building is to show just how well I model towering buildings or skyscrapers. However, there isn't the kind of demand for 80 floors right now. Most of downtown consists of store-fronts and a few taller buildings. Last Paulwall census counted only 177,053 residents. This retro highrise office tower is owned by NTS Communications and rents spaces to smaller businesses. You will see a typical floor space interior with big office, stairwell, 4 elevator shafts, and utilities. Just turn off the roof layer. Outside you will see air conditioners. There are communications equipment and water tank on the roof. Rear parking. Same lot length as the Rushman Hotel. Perfect for a downtown backdrop object.
