Chicago Water Tower Free 3D model
Description
The Old Water Tower on Michigan Avenue in Chicago is dear to my family as my great-grandfather is recognized with a plaque for his service to the city during the Great Chicago Fire and as mayor in the 1890's. While there are some models of this building online, I wanted to create a version as realistic and detailed as I could. This is the first project I modeled from scratch completely in Blender. Please note the rest of the city in the preview images is not included in the model, only the water tower itself.

That's really incredible about your grandfather. My family's history is deep in Chicago as well, this model is superb!
