Villa with Garage Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 14 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is the Fantasy Villa with a garage attached. The interior has been detailed with 3.5 bathrooms, laundry, bay windows with window seats. The floors still get more rustic the higher you go, but the bedrooms are now carpeted on the 2nd level and area rugs in the attic. The Hobbit Room is still there. It is off the rite attic bedroom. Storage above the garage via a pull-down ladder. This changes the character of the original house. Roof pitch is the same on both ends now. Garage doors are bi-fold outwards just like on a garage I built. Worked OK until it snowed. This is only 24' deep + porches. If I had a million dollars...
