This is also a shell. Based on a 1/12 scale dollhouse, which is the Garfield by Greenleaf. List price is $269.00, which is out of my price range. Someone out there can put an interior in this one. Porch needs detailing, windows and doors are components, they can be moved if necessary, or replaced. Small picture in the miniatures.com catalog. On the dollhouse, the rear walls are not there, so that one can detail the inside. Have fun, Bob
