Tutorial House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This house is a TUTORIAL house! Attached at the bottom of this description is a link to my YouTube video series of this house in progress. You actually get a view of the behind-the-scenes of Paulwall and all work pertaining to this house is on camera! This shows you just how Paulwall uses Sketchup as well as what he knows about designing houses in general. The model itself is actually just a regular house model you can use anywhere like any other model of Paulwall. All traditional Paulwall house construction is present. The house blends in well. It is a brick house with a raised central ceiling and hansome colonade in front. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this house. The mechanical and laundry are accessed in the garage. There is mostly carpet throughout the house. I like it for it is of southern colonial accent. Kind of paladian, maybe. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this house and get good use from the videos.
