Surburban House 2 Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Sometimes something about a house did not work out right. In the original surban house, it was that looong hall. This fixes that. I flipped the house, gutted the bedroom side, and started over. By moving the laundry to the bedroom side, I changed the laundry into a pantry and coat closet. Front and rear facades are balanced now. The house is 8' wider, but not as deep. Office moves to the middle bedroom. It has a panneled accent wall. Master Bedroom has soffit uplites.
