Stewart Little's house Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 The premise here is that there was this space between 2 Row Houses built by Paul, TY you very much. There was also space behind them to build a garage, which has an alley entrance. So that is what they did. This row house is the same as the Storefront House, but with a revised office at the front with an entrance hallway. This is just for fun, however I have seen this done in a number of places. The space available determined the width of the house. There is parking behind the 2 tall row houses. The modern house contrasts with the old buildings.
