Skinney house Free 3D model

Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 The attic has a bar, bonus room, theatre, and storage. Main floor has a 2-car garage. vaulted ceiling in the kitchen, a separate dining room, plus 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Long hall leads from the front door to the garage door. And yes, that is a blue front door. Thought I would add some colour to the main entrance. Exterior similar to renderings. The other unit faces the kitchen side with a portico between them. Basically, the roof over the kitchen is extended and connected to the roof on the mirror image of the 2nd unit. MIght do the complete unit if you are interested in seeing how that looks.
