This is a billboard house, that is the front elevation is the the show side. It is on a 75' wide lot. The interior is on a separate layer so I can delete it when I put it into my subdivision, which will have a link to the progress on it. Spanish style on the front, tract house on the rest. It is just a basic house with a front courtyard and stone wall across the front.
