Row House Flats

Row House Flats Free 3D model

Description

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a typical brownstone town house seen in New York. Some other cities such as Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, or other northeastern metropolitan areas. This building contains five flats, one apartment per floor. Each flat contains 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, living, kitchen, and dining room. Pretty obvious huh? These apartments have a fire place. In each apartment, there is a good sized storage. However, depends on how you renovate, it would make for the perfect laundry room. The furnace cannot be seen for it is in the basement. However, you can see the flue that goes up through the building and out the roof through a huge metal vent. This house was made to be attached to other buildings like it so there are no windows on either of the sides. A fire escape runs down the back. You cannot see the basement apartment but it has the exact same floor plan as the other four. I hope you enjoy this five family flat of the inner city and please rate :)
