Retro House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 See, this is a little house within the 40's-50's era. It must be a lot of fun to live in a house like this. The highlight for this house has definately got to be the front fascade with a striking combination of wood, metal, and brick. The slanty appearance is actually the very thing that compelled me to upload this house in the first place. The floor plan is also retro. You walk right into the large living room with fireplace and a large picture window. The dining room is beyond. The kitchen is in back which is also the laundry room. The breakfast table is to go right up aganst the wall under the window that has no cabinetry. The house has a basement as well. The contemporary interior also includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and is mostly carpet. There are plenty of closets throughout.
