Ranch House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a southwestern farmhouse with a wrap-around porch. It looks similar to the average farm house with a row of dormers and a chase in the back. There is a great open floor plan with a wooden vaulted celing. The wood burning stove is in the corner of the living room. The left side of the house houses the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that the home features. The master bathroom has an interesting shape and a good closet with his/ her rods. His smaller then hers. The roof is its own layer so turn it off in the layers menu.
