Private Residence in Conditions of Chaotic Urbanized Area 3D model

The house is located on a small site in conditions of chaotically urbanized area. Practically from all sides the building is surrounded by neighbours ( including multistory one). Those rather difficult conditions had an influence on a somewhat strange image of the house. The window openings are defined in a shape of stationary window shades which have solid stained glass. Because of such a solution, the owners can look inside but the neighbors can not. The vertical functional zoning of the house is traditional. There is a garage and storerooms in the basement. On the first floor a living room, a kitchen and a dining room are situated. The second floor is traditionally a sleeping one and there are rooms for leisure and playing.
