Description
So named because of the low profile roof and wide overhang with wrap-a-round front porch. From a stock plan and one that I walked thru a few years ago, this house has an office with outside entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, diningroom, bonus room and 2 car garage. The livingroom has a high ceiling. There is a BBQ on the patio side of the fireplace chimney. This is a green house, inside and out. Literally. Most of the windows are the same size as well.
