Old House 4 Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 14 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 My turn. Updated the old house by Paul Palamara. Added a master bath and closet upstairs, moved one closet. Doors open with layers menu. Downstairs, new kitchen, porch, half bath, TV room and entry closet. 2 sets of pocket doors open with layers menu. Kept the same details as the original, except for the sink and toilet by Double E. Fits the period of the house. Added a pellet stove. Finally, painted it a sort of yellow colour. Thanks Paul for the model. Hope you like the changes. Note: ran out of paint, part of house did not get painted, OOPS! Back to the paint store.
