old house Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Just an old house based on part of a castle that I saw. Use View>animation>play to check it out. Scenes are for 4 second intervals. Textures are from Genetica Viewer and 'others'. Layers are for each floor. Exterior is 'old' concrete. Construction is standard concrete block with furred exterior walls and stud walls in the interior. Doors and windows are standard components, with a few home made ones. You can use this as you wish.
