Mountain House 2 Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is one of the other houses that I looked at last summer. Presently, a couple of artists live there. Smoke obscured the view from the deck. This is similar, but not exactly like that house. I extended the foundation up to the roof and added buttresses. Inside is a bit different as well. The only heat is from the woodstoves. The artists have their studio in the basement. I also copied the log stairs to the loft. It also has a separate garage. The house has a major problem: they removed the collar ties from the trusses and now the roof is sagging. I suggested truss rods to fix that. Have a game plan as far as my condition goes. Not going to be fun, but necessary. As someone once said I'll be back! So, until then, have fun. Bob
