Moated House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This appx. 6500 square foot house was inspired by a model of Mespelbrunn Castle in Germany, which I recently built. Shape is similar, inside is not. It is in a lake. This house is also in a moat, which is a lap pool. 3 Bedrooms, several Baths, Country Kitchen. Office with bath and closet. A large Recroom and Flex Room over the 4 car garage. This is fully handycapped accessible. Flex area over the garage can be used for whatever you want it to be. Windows are components, they can be moved if necessary. Doors are also components. Basement is not modeled, but suggested. Have fun, Bob
