Houseboat house Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a model of a houseboat. This boat sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 full bathrooms with 3 seperate bedrooms. A kitchen, living room, wet bar, and hot tub on deck! This would be a very comfortable houseboat to travel the mississippi on! Enjoy!

I took the advice of other modelers, by using lower quality components I greatly reduced the file size, allowing the model to be uploaded directly to the 3D warehouse! :)
