House with Model Railroad Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This house is the Flexible House with an HO model railroad in the bonus room. I modeled it using sections that I have and new sections. There is a classification yard and a staging yard. Only tracks on plywood here, nothing else. Yet. My present layout is fully detailed, however. Track centre lines are close to what I have now. I use Easy DCC for my control system. This is what I would like to do if I could get the lot and the funding. Well, one can always hope. I have had several layouts since the 70s. Enjoy, Bob UPDATE: The sections are components.
