House with future apartment Free 3D model

Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 OK, just a few more b4 I take a break. This is one half of a duplex floor plan. The apartment on the rite has walls and doors only. It can be turned off via layers so you can see what it looks like open. Livingroom with feature wall and tray ceiling and ceiling speakers is a recreation of a NARI remodeled house tour addition. That house was built in the 1930s. Due to it being in an historic district, the addition had to match the original house. This living room looks similar to that house's livingroom. Shared laundry and garage, dual HVAC and water heaters. Patio has a roof with skylites. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath in main house; 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath in apartment. Full stucco on exterior with casement windows. Back door is open, come on in, Y'all.
