House and framing Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Found this on Paul's site. I combined 2 models into one double model. It represents a house and its frame. As can be observed, the frame was changed a bit for the finished house. This is a real good example of a before and after view. Still looking for the other house that fits its frame.
