This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Perhaps one of my zanier creations today. I opted for something modern but I turned up with something retro. Perhaps accidents have their benefits? Who knows? Well, so I decided to finish the house out in retroish finishes. It is a long house with many ins and outs and an interesting roofline with a multitude of ridges. Perhaps it is the chimney in front that draws forth the viewer's eye complimented with a river rock veneer and wood clad siding. The lightly pitched roof also gives the house a retro appeal. Come inside to see a vaulted living room and then a vaulted dining room. The kitchen is small but still has enough cabinet room for everything you need, a pantry, stainless steel appliances, and a snack bar! Three bedrooms and two bathrooms take up the whole left wing of the house. You get premeire storage in the garage and a wall mounted ironing station in the laundry room. Enjoy this house and please rate :)
