It resembles the traditional foursquare house with its big, four front windows. The smaller windows give it character along with the porte cochere porch. The craftsman details give this old house the looks of a craftsman house. Come inside, you might like it. Complete with dark wood trims and built-in's, you may want to call this home. There are book cases between the dining and living rooms. The main stair has a built-in seat as well as the dining room. There is a servant's back stair in the kitchen that joins with the main stair via landing. Upstairs show four generous bedrooms and one bathroom. The basement is accessed beneath the main stair. The furnace shares the flue with the main chimney so it does not have its own chimney like in most other kit homes. This is the finest of the Aladdin kit homes, the Massachusetts model.
