Very simple basic design of 'gubuk' or elevated hut of Javanese farmers placed at the corner of farm lands. Gubuk is usually made of bamboo or wood with its roof made of wood, sugar cane leaves, or rice straws. Farmers and villagers take rest in this hut after working hard on their farms or guard their crops from predators and thieves.
