Eclectic House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is an example of turn-of-the century. It's of a house built 100 years ago featuring 5 staircases (2 to the cellar, 2 to the second floor, and one to the attic), a central fireplace, 3 bedrooms, fanciful porches, and only one bathroom.
